I usually go to Torrid as soon as I see it. This one specifically happened to be a busy day but everyone was very friendly and helpful as usual. That day all of the staff was running back and forth helping others with a smile of their face.
Love this place! The girls here are amazing and really helpful! I love their clothes my whole wardrobe consists of Torrid. Almost gave up on plus size shopping then I came here!
Went into torrid to buy my mom a shirt and was indecisive. Had a sweet employee zariah help me decide and she showed me other shirts to choose from as well as having great customer service she actually interacted with me nicely.
I was greeted by one lady who was folding jeans but dropped what she was doing to make me feel welcome. I told them that i was shopping for my birthday and wasn't sure if I wanted to wear a dress or a skirt. The girls put together so many outfits for me I loved them all. Emily was so sweet and amazing.
