This was my first time shopping in Torrid. They have really cute clothes for plus size women. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went beyond the call of duty by placing an order for me for a product they didn't have in the store. I really appreciate the great service I received and will definitely return.
Andrea and Mahali always make my experience at this location such a good one. They both need at LEAST a dollar raise each! A lot of retail work like this live and profit off the backs of your workers SO UPPER MANAGEMENT, I hope you are paying attention and acknowledging what great staff you have!
Very helpful, friendly and positive staff. Clothing for a wide selection of sizes. The changing rooms are large with decent lighting and have adjustable fans in each one.
Don't close the store. It's a must for the medium-large/plus size community. Love the bra variety and sazy t-shirts
