Super nice staff. I went to look for a dress to wear for a wedding I was attending and they helped me find one that fit me very well and looked cute. Being that I'm a trans woman, I was really happy to be treated with dignity and respect, and made to feel welcome.

Gabby was wonderful and helpful! She was sweet and delivers excellent client service. The other girl with a light complexion and reddish hair is incredibly uncomfortable. I felt like she was pressuring me to purchase something or place an order with them.

Amazing clothes for People who are sizes large and up. A little expensive but they always have a deal going on. Like buy 1 get one 50% off or, clearance buy one get one free. These clothes are fashionable and cool. They have Disney and Harry Potter things as well. They also have casual and fancy clothes.

I really appreciate that Torrid is stepping up their game with clothes us plus size women actually want to wear. I have had nothing but good experiences in Torrid my last couple of visits. This time was no exception. Our cashier was very friendly and kind. I believe her name was Kimberly. She was extremely helpful.
