My first time going into Torrid I went in to browse and left with brand new bras thanks to Tiffany Diaz. I haven’t worn bras in a long time due to never being able to find something that fits comfortable. She helped me find the perfect bra size and her customer service and friendliness was a 10 out of 10.
This is a MUCH better store than the Glendale location. The staff is nice and helpful and their is a good selection of merchandise. They have work and casual wear, underwear and wide calf boots or wide shoes. Some stuff has skulls, some stuff has flowers and some has plaid, but you can find solid color suits too!
Very first time purchasing from here. Very helpful & friendly. Answered all my questions concerning merchandise I wanted to purchase. Instructed me how to measure myself to purchase a bra. I would highly recommend Torrid to friends and family.
I love shopping here and online. The quality of clothes is nice. I always find something I love. Customer service was great I wish I would have got the name of the employee she was super helpful I wasn't sure on my size for leggings she got it perfect. Love there shoes also.
