This store obviously isn't for me but came here with my girlfriend. She left very happy and that's all that matters. They had everything she needed and with some great deals at 50% off. Very helpful and friendly staff that go above and beyond.
I could have easily spent the entire day in the Elmwood Torrid store. Rachel’s customer service is exceptional. She was extremely helpful and friendly and had great recommendations for my random shopping endeavor.
I love this particular location and staff. They stock as small as a medium and as large as 5x I believe. They're always stocked and have plenty of clearance items also. The only thing to really keep in mind is the store can be very expensive. I think this is due to it being a specialty store.
Rachel is an awesome manager and learns her regular customers' names quickly. She is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Her staff seem happy to he there, which makes every experience a great one!
