Torrid

Took my Mom Shopping here and I was blown away by the amazing customer service. The kind of customer service they gave here was something that is so rare these days. They were attentive but not pushy. The staff truly cared about making my Mom Comfortable, and ensuring that she found what she was looking for.

What an amazing experience! I went to get clothes for an interview and was treated like a queen! 👸 The salesperson who helped me was a pro. She quickly helped me to assess my size and made the absolute best recommendations. When the shirt I wanted had a manufacturing flaw, she gave me a great discount.

Brionna was excellent! She helped me find my CORRECT size of bra, compared to years of being told the wrong size. She offered me different things to try on that I might not have checked out before. Jodi was excellent in helping me finish up my shopping experience by checking me out and packing up my merchandise.

Last night I did some last minute shopping with my family and wanted to check out Torrid for bras for myself. Just wanna give a s/o to the gracious employee Ms. Rashida for giving me a proper bra sizing and helpful tips about bras!
