I’m not sure what’s with all the bad reviews because I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here! The employees are all really sweet and they even picked out dresses for me to try on for my birthday outfit. I had returns as well and they were very quick to help me, made it easy.
Torrid is the only store I shop at. I always shop online because of my Busy schedule. Today I was in the area and had a return , I decided to go in the store. An associate named Mandy help me. She helped me find something that was better suited for me. She assisted me from the time I entered the store until I left.
Torrid associate Chris, was so Amazing! Thank you so much Chris. She helped me find items I needed for my office Christmas party, gave me her review on pieces. I didn’t even bother to try anything on. Everything ended up fighting perfectly, I felt so cute!
5 stars because Madison was so helpful and she made my shopping experience at this location amazing. I will definitely come back. Thank you again Madison!!!
