Torrid

I had never been in a Torrid until recently. I needed an upgrade in dress clothes before a big event out of state. I met two super friendly ladies. One lady helped me try on a lot of different items until we found the right combination. She helped with sizing and finding the right under garments as well.

I loved the staff in Ontario, Ohio. They were very helpful and also compassionate to the fact I was in extreme pain due to a back injury. The only thing I would've asked to be a bit different, for someone like me, is that they would have come to my dressing room to get other sizes for me instead of me getting dressed…

My boyfriend & I were out in Mansfield for lunch & happened to be driving by this plaza when he said "hey babe, Torrid; weren't you just talking about that place?" - I was just talking about it. This location was amazing- its NOT in a mall, its huge, in a great location & its clean.

Super welcoming and friendly staff, the atmosphere was enticing without being overwhelming, and the changing rooms were the best I've ever seen. I usually shop online because I hate shopping in stores, but I look forward to heading back to this one.
