I came here last Saturday (9/11) for the first time and had 5 star treatment. I had received a coupon in my email for 1st time customers, not realizing it was for online orders only.
So the selection here is pretty good but the store is somewhat small and everything is kind of crammed together which makes the shopping process somewhat difficult.
Staff is friendly and the store has many cute items. It is sad that it is on the pricey side. You have to really look for sales and deals to be able to get something moderately priced. I cannot always afford to shop here.
I went in to get mesured and was only able to make it when the store was about to close on Tuesday. The ladies were still very kind and easy to talk to. I'm definitely getting more Torrid bras !
