Torrid

What an amazing company. This is our second time visiting this store. This time just a different location I could not have been more impressed. First of all the sales lady Jamaica was an absolute star. She went above and beyond to help my daughter and I with so many recommendations, and so many pieces of advice.

Overland park store. Friendly. The store manager she is excellent. She honored my torrid cash when another store would not. She went above and beyond to making sure she did not lose a customer. She is a queen everyday. She is what Torrid is about. This store and her staff are awesome.

The people working were very welcoming and kind. It was WARM in there, but that might be an Oak Park thing and not a Torrid thing. They do have fans going in the fitting rooms, so let's all say thank you for that!! It was easy to get in and get out quickly. Would recommend!

I came in desperately looking for a bra for an upcoming event. I was very surprised to learn that there was a certified fitter on the premises. I carry my measurements with me, but that's no guarantee of finding clothing that fits.
