Every Torrid always has the most attentive, polite sales girls, and the best clearance sales. Their accessories are very decent quality. I always hit up Torrid first when I happen to be at the mall with a $20 on hand. Who knows what I'll find?
Arianna was so helpful. I recently began wearing Torrid sized clothing and shopping for clothes became very difficult. However Arianna offered me so much support and reassurance throughout my shopping experience. She emphasized how empowering it is to work there and to be around so many uplifting women.
Every person that works at this store is FANTASTIC. Helpful, kind, willing to find anything in the store for you. I have received nothing but amazing service at Torrid. I love that the ladies who work there are plus size also. They even have oscillating fans in the dressing rooms!! All I can say is- YES PLEASE!!
Love the fans in dressing rooms , but I wish there was better options for clothes , I don't really like picture on my t-shirts n that's what they mostly got , also we need more price point options, I can't afford $80 jeans . Employees are great there . Always helpful n pleasant.
