Torrid

Went in to the store the other day feeling defeated look for a bra . I went up to the lady asking if she could measure me . She said of course. The she ask what i was looking for in a bra and told me about the sale going on .

I was very nervous shopping today (I'm an introvert), but the ladies at Torrid made me feel amazing!!! An employee in particular named Twyla (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was AMAZING!! She was so kind and so supportive!! I have never been treated so well and so personably by an employee before.

It's my first time in the store the staff was excellent found out the manager had my same marital name was kind of cool. However with that being said your prices are are high for this economy.

The staff at this Torrid location are great! They always remind me to use mt Torrid points for my purchases, thereby giving me an even greater discount on my items. They are always happy to make exchanges, returns, and order replacement items online for me while I am in the store. I give them an outstanding rating!!
