I didn't get to do the online survey within the 7 days, but I did want to leave a review just in case anyone ever sees this. I was in the store back in January and my grandfather had just passed away. I was an emotional trainwreck and entirely numb at this point, but I needed a shirt that fit me.

Extremely friendly staff. Super affirming of lgbt and trans shoppers. Very helpful finding correct sizes for clothing and shoes, even calling to another store to see if they have it in stock. Would highly recommend!

Great customer service and very nice stock. Expensive. But hard to find something equivalent in style, fit, and quality for less. The value is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars.

Jazz was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and gave space for me to try on bras but let me know to yell out for them if I needed help with the fit. I had to exchange 2 bras i ordered online and the whole process of finding the proper size & the exchange was quick and easy.
