Every time I've visited, whether shopping or simply returning an online purchase, the staff has been consistently kind and attentive.
My wife went to the Poughkeepsie Mall to look for some items to add to her wardrobe. We originally started at Lane Bryant where we were promptly ignored by the ladies that were leaning on the cash wrap and that never spoke to us. Onward to Torrid where from the moment we entered we felt the difference in service.
First visit today and I thought the store was great. The customer service was excellent and the dressing rooms were very nice. I appreciate that it offers women's clothing sizes 12 and up. The prices were reasonable and they had a great sale going on today too! I will definitely be back.
Lisa was awesome! She helped me find everything I needed, placed an online order for me for out of stock items, and everything she personally recommended fit perfectly. I love this store!!!
