Alma and Paige took great care of me! I have been mainly working from home since covid, and tomorrow I get to attend a special lunch with a few upper managers at my job. I've been anxious because I didn't have anything suitable to wear and as a plus size woman, shopping can be stressful and sometimes demoralizing.
I have been a Torrid customer since the first time my wife and I walked into the location at Firewheel mall nearly 3 years ago. We had the most amazing experience with Kelsey. She has moved up in the company and is now the manager of this location. We drive about 70 miles round trip just to come to her location.
Wish the store was bigger..... but.... the items they do have are very well-suited for a plus size girl. I wasn't sure about a bathing suit, but once intried it on, it fit somwell and covered every arra I needed and looked good. It's my fa orote swimsuit of all time.
I went to this Torrid location for the first time today, and I will never go to a different one. The place is clean, organized, and spacious. Not to mention the selection is great.
