It never occurred to me, as a size 8, to shop at Torrid but I'm so, so glad I did. They have shoes that fit my EXTRA WIDE feet!! Oh happy day 🤗 Every sales associate was unbelievably helpful and informative.
The sales associate was very pleasant and helpful. She was even willing to take the shirt off the mannequin so I could try it on as they didn't have my size on the rack. I've tried this before and found some not so pleasant people at different stores so I was delighted when she agreed!
I came in here yesterday and had a lovely experience. My daughter was really active and squealing throughout the store. All the associates were so sweet to her. They made it seem like she was welcome, which allowed me to get some clothes I needed for work. Every associate made the experience easier.
I absolutely LOVE the staff of this store PLUS the clothing. I am always greeted, asked if I need assistance, and I have had employees find me items that are out of stock online or in the back room. The store is EXTREMELY clean and organized, even in the middle of their busy summer season.
