Hello! I recently had one of the BEST shopping experiences of my life at the Torrid store (#5484,) in Meadowood Mall, Reno, Nevada. I live two hours away and this is my closest Torrid store. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years and most often frequent this particular location.
They always have a great selection and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. Unlike so many other stores if they don't have the size item you need in the store they are always willing to get it. (Most other places just say "you'll have to order it from our website)
Lux and all you wonderful ladies were so helpful.I thought for sure I'd walk out of the store and with nothing fitting me, you guys fitted me and took that extra special moment to make me feel beautiful
Went to buy bras today and Lux was absolutely amazing super helpful and kind and made me feel gorgeous
