I have been shopping at the Torrid location on East Broad since it opened, and it has truly become my home store. While I’ve visited other Torrid locations around the Columbus area when an item wasn’t available, I always find myself coming back here. Sam, Mary, Nickie and Jody feel like family to me.
Sam, Mary, and Jody are my girls! ALL of the staff at this store are AMAZING! I hope I'm never so skinny that I not able to shop at Torrid and in particular this location! 😉 The girls in this store are THE definition of what amazing customer service should be!
My wife smacked my arm when I pinched the mannequin on the posterior (just kidding). My wife loves this store. She purchased a really cool jean jacket that makes her feel awesome and that makes it all worth it.
Mary went above and beyond to help me find my true size and a bra that fits me appropriately. She was so kind, knowledgeable, patient and helpful! This location did not have my size, but I certainly recommend it as a Torrid location to start with. 10/10
