Great store! It has amazing staff very helpful, kind, and patient staff. I really liked the store layout, assistance, fashion, etc. I liked everything there, the reason why I put a 4 star instead of 5 is basically the price.
This is my favorite Torrid, & I've been buying their clothing since it looked like Hot Topic on steroids. 😂 At least 20 years! Stopped in yesterday to buy a bra & a couple Harper blouses, and was kinda stunned that the store was so clean and well-recovered so late in the day & the week.
This place is cool customer service is always on point. However they don't have a large selection of clothing items for my choice or style I should say.
