I am happy to now update my review to a 5 star from a 1 star. There has been staffing changes and the new manager Syerra is just so awesome she helped me so much along with the other employee too. So I DEFINITELY WILL be going back now!!!!!!! This below was my previous experience as a reference.....
Love this store! Everyone is always so polite! I have social anxiety and it feels good that they do say "welcome to torrid" but they also give me a chance to browse first before asking me if I need any assistance. I however do wish torrid stores had more of a selection in store as compared to online.
Just left the store it was my first time and Kara made me feel extremely comfortable and was super nice and helpful picking out a bra and measuring me. She is very informative and went above and beyond to find my right size and made sure I was comfortable in one.
The staff were super helpful and patient. I returned an item and the process was easy and fast.
