The consumer service here is wonderful. Everyone is so kind and focuses on getting you exactly what you want and making you feel comfortable. The clothing is gorgeous and the store has an emphasizes of fit.
I really love this store. I have a very hard time finding clothes that not only fit me but look good as well and this store has been life changing for me. The associates are always very kind and more than happy to help me find what I'm needing.
1/4/2026 - first time shopping Torrid. Staff were very friendly and helpful! I think there were 4(maybe 3 employees) working, so adequate staffing to help everyone. Knocking off 1 star due to: the selection(especially denim) was lacking, but that’s not the employees fault.
I went in today after not buying anything for myself in a very long time. All of the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Michelle is amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure that I found what I needed. I left feeling so much better than when I came in, thanks to her.
