Found quite a cute new dress, a pair of dress pants, and a comfy shirt. Spent under $200. Employees were very helpful and nice. They showed me some new products that may interest me, and in general were just very helpful by giving feedback on how certain outfits looked, etc...
When my family goes to the mall, Torrid is a must-visit store for my wife. She almost always comes out with a purchase. The staff is great and helpful. The selection of sizes is always a wide variety. The staff remember my wife, and it's not like she's there every week. Very impressive.
Excellent service, I just went in with a bra I bought recently. After wearing it to work for the first time I found it had a sharp spot on it. Typically if you wear an item they can't return it, which is reasonable, but because it was defective they exchanged it for me.
I love Torrid, they always has the most gorgeous clothes and they actually fit correctly being a "plus" size woman. The sales associates ar this location are amazing! They're always so nice, amd more than willing to help you put together an outfit.
