Love their selections, their style, and love the location. The employees are very accommodating, friendly and knowledegable. They didn't have a bathing suit my daughter wanted and they found one for her right away. They were very sweet, proffesional, and very helpful!!!

I visited Torrid for the first time earlier this week. There were two ladies working and they were so nice, warm, and helpful. I heard one of them greet each customer warmly as they came in. I think about 3 customers came while I was there. The other promptly helped me when I needed a fitting room.

This location at spring is the best. I don’t go in store often but when I do it’s normally to try on stuff to buy online lmao and I always spend a couple hours in the store to see all my sizing and still end up buying something lol 😂 anyways all the women at this location are amazing the manager amazing she trains her…

I was skeptical about going into the store because I was unsure if I would find anything since I was looking for something specific. Once I found the things I wanted to try on, the staff was there immediately to assist me with a room. When I went to check out I was asked if I wanted to sign up for the rewards program.
