I have been shopping at this location for a few years now, both in store & order online pick up in store. This is absolutely the ONLY store I always look forward to going to. The staff is hands down the BEST I’ve ever been around. I have called a few mins before closing, and they treat me as though Im not a bother.
I've never been comfortable buying clothes, my husband took me there specifically to buy a vacation wardrobe. The minute we walked in Gina seemed to sense my hesitation. My husband explained and Gina became my personal shopper and hype woman (and CO conspirator with my husband.
If i could give infinite starts i would, i have never had such a positive and happy experience in a clothing store before. I have been to the torrid store in the mall twice now, first time to look for something for my wedding, and yesterday for my 30th birthday.
Was running late, and I entered the store 5 min before closing. I thought I had until 9 pm, but they closed at 8 pm. The sales ladies greeted me warmly. I said I would be quick, as I knew exactly what I needed, and showed them a screenshot. They said not to worry.
