I didn’t catch their name, but I got great service this past Thursday night. I was having issues finding a bra and the assistant offered a bra fitting. I needed a bra that night and was having an issue finding the right fit. We found out my size. They unfortunately didn’t have the size in stock.
I love how helpful the employees and store manager are. If they don't have something you saw online or they don't have your size they order it for you, and they also help you get online only sales in the store by doing a pick up order on the stuff you found in the store.
This is the very first Torrid I had been in, and the staff is friendly. They work hard to keep the store in order, and they're always ready to help with a bra fitting or to find a size that's not on the racks.
I like this store. My overall experience at any torrid location is always good. Exceptional customer service. The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to assist.
