I came in looking for an outfit that looks great and boosts my confidence for a big presentation I have this upcoming Tuesday. I worked directly with Melissa and had such a great experience. This Torrid store is managed by THE BEST! I am a corporate trainer for customer service and this whole staff completely understand all the foundations of a great experience: rapport , listening to customers needs, timely help and going above and beyond!

I LOVE Torrid! I love the company values, I love that the clothing is made for plus size women, but you still feel good when you wear it because the styles are cut and designed to flatter your curves, not just try to hide it like a shapeless potato sack or tent. Most of all, I love the employees.

Torrid is the perfect place to buy clothes for the plus sized woman. The staff is excellent! They will help you with style if you desire. Of you know what you like, they won't hound. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the clothes I have gotten there. It is my new go to for clothes.
