Torrid

I had one issue with this store. The manager called me directly to address my concerns. Since then this store has become my favorite Torrid store. The manager their now, Sharon, is amazing. The only thing I wish is that the store was bigger with more inventory. Other than that I love it!

I absolutely LOVE Torrid. Plus size and always get compliments in my Torrid. Only place I will shop for my SWIMSUIT and BRALETTES!!! They always have sales, send coupons in mail w/magazine, and +10 coupon for my Birthday. The staff at this location have always been helpful.

Torrid inside 1st Colony Mall Sugarland, Tx needs @ least (2) employees on staff @ all times! Employee Aslyn was excellent. However, the store needs maintenance to the appeal of the customers by additional staff keeping up w/store front appeal. Don't care to relive bad memories of an old, run down Kmart!

I had such a positive fun experience at the Torrid located in Sugarland Mall. The store including dressing rooms where very clean. Sharon and her team product knowledge was on point and they also where very professional 😀. This is my go to Torrid location. Thank you, Nichole.
