I had the most wonderful experience in Torrid today and I just wanted to share that an employee by the name of Lenora was not only super helpful, but also the sweetest ever! I had to have a bra fitting and she was on top of everything!
I was going to leave a review for Heather and Lenora who are always so helpful when I’m in, when I saw Miranda Wentz review. She’s clearly got a grudge against this location for another reason because you can see in the reflection, that Aeropostale has their store gate down as well.
Clean store and clean dressing rooms. Only one worker but she handled it like a pro! It was busy in the store but she was great! It's not easy to check customers out, get shoes for customers and handle the dressing rooms alone! She rocked it.
I Christmas shop here for my wife every year. The clothing is very expensive, but I have to say that it's very high quality, so I don't mind the prices so much. The employees are friendly, and willing to answer any questions that you may have
