I recently came in to the store to do several (complicated) returns and exchanges. The associates, especially Tammie, did a fantastic job making sure I received all of my appropriate discounts and made sure my exchange items were ordered correctly.
Friendly staff, clean, and very well stocked. It is wonderful to have a plus-size clothing store that has CUTE stuff that is consistent in size. AND THE SIZES ARE CONSISTENT. The only problem is pricing, it is a tad expensive. However, their clearance sales are awesome!
The staff is always friendly, helpful, great clothes, decent selection. I wish they had more blue, aqua, turquoise options. I’m not a huge fan of floral and pink which they have a ton of. I like the workout leggings a lot. Love the T-shirts great fit for me but they are a bit too expensive in my opinion.
I love torrid because it is a great place to get tokus sized items. I got some outfits for senior photos, and loves it. Great customer service. It is kind of expensive, so be prepared, but it's the best place I've found for plus sizes so far.
