Went here after work the day after your Grand opening to find some work pants, some cute comfy finds, and possibly a new bra and some more panties. This is by far the most attentive Torrid location I’ve been to. They were super helpful with swapping out clothing sizes and helping me get resized for a new bra.
This torrid has a lot of variety of clothes that other torrid stores don’t have however the customer service lacks and sucks so bad here! Brought my preteen granddaughter in for some jeans. It's so hard to find cute quality jeans for young big girls. They had exactly what she wanted and they looked great on her. The manager and staff were so gracious and helpful to my granddaughter. They made her feel so comfortable and welcome.
Really love having a Torrid close to me! No idea one was in Tualatin, it has been 15 years since I have been to a Torrid store and had ordered online a few years back.
