Going to Torrid has been so much more enjoyable since they moved to the new location. They have more space, and therefore more choices! Here's a photo of something I chose not to buy. 😆 As always, the staff are helpful and friendly.
I went in for a return and asked about an issue I had with an online order (last ditch effort), to my surprise Whitney was able to find the help I needed and get the issue taken care of right there. She was a pleasure to meet and I'm so glad she was there to help.
This was my first time shopping at this location. I was shopping for a blouse for a upcoming wedding. The staff here are very attentive; I was warmly greeted the minutes I walked into the store. Both sales people gave me recommendations, answered all of my questions.
You guys will love the shoes they sell online actually able to find shoes my size I’m 6ft with a size 13 foot they have great shoe options online and the pants too if you are tall like me the have jeans pants and leggings our size in that store I love torrid with all my heart
