The team at Torrid in Waterford, Connecticut is one of the most accommodating and welcoming retail groups I’ve experienced in a long time. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which makes shopping there such a pleasant experience.
Talk about a total hype party! The women here are amazing! I tried on a dress and I loved it, so did they! Felt so warm and welcoming! I even got sized for a new bra and realized I was wearing the wrong size! Their store is clean and the dressing rooms are well lite! Definitely a positive experience and coming back!
I absolutely love this location by the shore! I got the most amazing customer service experience from Amy and Cheryl. It is conveniently located right off the highway. They have a wide variety of options with flattering designs for plus sized women. And the clothes are super trendy.
I like the layout of the store; it doesn't look cluttered. Nice and clean and spacious. Staff were all super pleasant.
