This was a nice 1st time experience. The store had a nice variety for a younger stylish person. The young lady did measure us for bras. They did not have a lot in the size. The store is a little higher in price than what expected. I paid $50 bucks for a shirt for a younger person.
My experience here was really more than I expected. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I purchased what I came for, wide calf boots and a pencil skirt to fit my measurements. ABSOLUTELY the place to shop for a plus size woman.
Manager is AMAZING! And always makes sure she has a great staff!! Can’t say enough fabulous things about them! Disappointed that corporate decided to remove the shoe collection from the store.
I mainly go to this Torrid location to pick up my online orders. Each time that I go the customer service representatives are always kind, informative and professional.
