This was truly a awesome experience for me! My first time trying on dresses and Trudy and her associate made my experience the best! Trudy was very focused on my likes and dislikes and guided me along the way with each dress try on. Definitely would recommend anyone to buy their wedding dress from TLC Bridal!
100/100 I had such a wonderful experience at TLC Bridal! I went to one other bridal shop just to look around and see what styles I liked and had a not so great experience so I was anxious to try another store. When walking inside, the staff was so welcoming.
I live in Cleveland but made an appointment and drove to TLC in Youngstown. Prior to the visit, I had spoken directly to the owner via text message who was very professional and very welcoming. I had a ton a questions about customizing a wedding dress and the best process to use.
I had never been in a dress or bridal shop before this and I can safely say it TLC gave me best experience. Trudy was a delight to talk to and listened to every comment I made. After making our initial selection of dresses to try and trying them on, she had great ideas of what we can try next.
