I came here to find a winter coat for the first time. As, I came in I was greeted immediately by EVERY staff member on the floor and register. I found a very nice selection of coats to try on.
Haven't been there in a while, but they didn't let me down. Found a nice graduation dress for my God*daughter. The associate that assisted us was very friendly & helpful.
I went to do an online return. I was unable to complete the return due to misinformation from the call center. But the two ladies were very nice and explained the process.
Went to buy a gift and was pleasantly surprised they had 30% off. Store was clean, clerks very friendly and helpful. Store was not crowded. Not sure if masks are required. 1 clerk wore one the other did not.

A shop can order almost any gown in your size, but the sample sizes on the floor decide whether you actually get to see yourself in the dress, and the good plus bridal shops stock samples to try, not just to imagine. Second, plan the alterations timeline: gowns and formal dresses typically go through two or three fittings, so the comfortable window is starting your search around 8–10 months before the date and saying yes to a gown by 6.
