I went shopping today for my son and the customer service was excellent! They didn't have the size I needed in store on a couple of items but they quickly remedy that by ordering them online for me which should be arriving within 5 to 7 business days.
The attendant was super helpful & was great at juggling the handful of people that were shopping there at the same time as myself. I’m bad with names so I forgot hers but she was very nice as well. She answered all my questions & helped me pick out what I wanted with no stress.
Went here last night to find a shirt for a special occasion coming up and I was helped out by a dude named Issac. He is such a nice guy and I felt taken care of from walk in to walk out. He helped me understand sizing, fit, and brands that, “casual man,” and “DXL,” has to offer depending on what I need.
Had to shop at XL for an elderly family member who could not be there in person and had a great experience! Customer service like it used to be. Friendly staff wanting to be helpful and who know the cut of different brands is different and they educate you on this.
