Torrid

I have been shopping at the store with my three now adult daughters. Since they opened at Oakridge Mall. They are consistently reliable for the things that they carry. Their line of clothing is very interesting and they have a great variety for different tastes.

I came in here a long time ago but by golly the customer service I received was phenomenal. Im not plus size but the quality and styles of clothing they sell are really cute. The lady who helped me made sure everything was going ok in the dressing room, asked if I needed a different size, had suggestions for outfits.

There was a wide selection of styles to choose from. I visited in order to return an item I had ordered and found two items that were perfect for exchange. The staff was helpful and friendly. I usually shop online and was pleasantly surprised by the enjoyment of browsing and having the opportunity to try items on.

This is the best torrid around by far. Their stock is always better than what I’ve seen in other Torrids which means you have a way better selection. But that’s just my opinion. Staff there is always ready to help you find what you’re looking for even if you didn’t think they had it in store.
