Absolutely amazing service. Ayanna was an angel, very attentive and enthusiastic about my dress journey. She made me feel comfortable and confident in all the dresses I tried on. The building itself was very classy, elegant, and overall just very well put together.
Charlotte's is, without a doubt, one of the finest bridal shops I have visited. The staff is exceptional. I arrived shortly before closing to inquire if they had a dress similar to the one I was searching for, mentioning that I would schedule a future appointment if they did.
I spent over two hours at a different bridal shop in the morning and left there feeling overwhelmed and defeated. I was well into the double digits of dresses tried-on already that day, but still had an appointment at Charlotte’s in the afternoon. I am SO glad I did.
