Clothes Mentor Ft Wayne, IN

I have been shopping here for years, I’ve always had excellent customer service. I love they have been getting more luxury brand items like Gucci, Balenciaga, and YSL. The employees always help me out and are patient when I want to look at purses.

Immediately upon walking into the store, I was greeted by two different staff members. There were three or four staff working at the time and each of them were friendly, helpful and courteous.

I live in another state, but purchased a bag from their website. Unfortunately, I accidentally added the wrong shipping address via Applepay. I called the next morning and they were so nice, quickly changing it to the correct address with no problems. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and helpful.

Yesterday, I sold to both Uptown Cheapskate and Clothes Mentor. While my experience at UC wasn't negative, the staff on hand at Clothes Mentor were much more interpersonal and engaged with me in a more professional, kind manner.
