You gotta go for the experience that is Tiffany. If you're really in a daring mood, go in and tell her you know absolutely nothing to which I legitimately didn't. I've never felt so awkward and comfortable at the same time. Tiffany is phenomenal. She opened my eyes to things I would've never picked out on my own.

Tiffany (? Spelling) was amazing! She knew what was in the back, could accurately guess sizes and was a joy to interact with. The other associate was also helpful, but I didn't interact with him as much or remember his name. Definitely worth the hour drive for the customer service.

I was shopping online, but I wanted to see the coat. I called a store in Ft.Wayne, and asked about the coat. I was given some excellent information regarding sizes and that the one I wanted was in stock. I stopped in and got the coat, of course. That saved me the shipping cost too, since it was just under $100.

We visited the Fort Wayne store on Saturday 7/29 and our associate who helped us was AMAZING! Her name was Sadie and she worked with my husband to put together an outfit for my daughters wedding for almost an hour and half. She was so patient and very honest with him on what looked good and what was not quite right!
