Clothes Mentor Sylvania, OH

This is absolutely one of the best Clothes Mentors in the region! The staff is amazing — everyone is kind, welcoming and goes out of their way to be helpful (I’ve lost count of the number of times they stop what they’re doing to help find an item, answer questions or offer guidance).

Absolutely the best experience! I saw a luxury item online and called to ask some questions. I had to call back two more times and every time each person I talked to was friendly and patient with me. I bought the item and it came well packaged and exactly as described.

I ordered a Coach Bag and Slides from the online store. Because of the pictures online, I didn’t realize at the time that the Coach bag I ordered was smaller than I originally thought. The team reached out to me to let me know true size of the bag before they shipped it to me.

I always have such a great shopping experience at the Sylvania, OH Clothes Mentor. I generally leave with a few items that have original tags! I have found more higher end brand name clothing there in excellent condition. I can’t wait to go back because the racks are so well organized and the staff is so pleasant.
