Every single time I go there it feels like I'm having a concierge service. I'm helped far beyond what any clothing store has ever offered. I feel catered to. It feels like the staff cares more for my comfort than trying to reach a quota or push unwanted accessories off on their customers.
This was one of the best shopping experiences ever. DXL Assistant Manager Bleza was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in my sports coat purchase. I ended up buying some more dress shirts as well and it was a great selection of clothes that were reasonably priced.
great service and friendly help... for being a big guy the ladies made me feel welcomed and not ashamed to ask for a bigger size... i do recommend to get more Polos HB and New Orleans Saints stuff in the humble store.. and bigger selection of t-shirts
I went in with my brother to get him ready for prom. The staff was attentive, helpful & kind. I highly recommend you coming here. They gave my brother some free boxers just to check his measurements which is also FREE! We’ll definitely be back:)
