I went to this location on Saturday 11.22 and Jax helped me, he made the experience such a pleasant one. I have not had the correct size bra for a while but he was so helpful . He measured me, and was SO kind overall, he gave me tips, and was very patient. He deserves a raise!
Just had an absolutely lovely experience with Jasper and Loni at the Deerbrook location. I live northeast now, and I usually shop at Meyerland, but I'm officially a fan of this store. Thank you both for your patience and accommodation as I work through my ever changing body sizes.
Took my niece today to get fitted for a bra, as she hasnt been fitted in 9 years, since her mother passed away. Nyah took care of my niece SO WELL., made sure she felt important, asked ALL the right questions, and managed to make us feel SO WELCOMED. She truly went above and beyond!
Store is clean and well organized. Staff is helpful and friendly. Never pushy and they don't hover. Returns are a hassle, especially if they are a bogo or a by one get one 50 percent off. I buy all my jeans here because I love their jeans. The rest of their clothes tend to be more older looking.
