DXL Big + Tall

I've only been to this store twice, but both times I was able to find items that fit. The staff is very helpful and is always willing to assist you. On my first visit I was in such a rush but the manager helped size me and find items that looked great.

My husband needed clothes for my mother's funeral, and from the minute we walked in we got excellent customer service, and we're given condolences at multiple moments. My husband was able to get his entire outfit, but it cost a little more than we had available at the time.

Exceptional experience with the manager and the assistant manager who bent over backwards to make sure that we were clothed and that everything fit. Specifically walking us through sizing and helping us find what we needed for our situation. It was great to find a store where everything fit.

I have been shopping at the West Covina (CA) store about two years. The manager, Fred, and employee, Natalie, always go out of their way to provide great customer service. They are knowledgeable about the clothing the store features and provide great recommendations on business/casual dress attire.
