First time at this particular location. The staff was nice, helpful and not annoyingly over bearing. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because, of all the varitiey, I could not find a white bra in my size and the only one I did find was so padded that there wasn't any room for my "girls".
It has been the nicest experience I had in such a long time. The greeting we got was great and the immediate attention to our concerns and needs was excellent. The professionalism my helper Amanda was fantastic, the staff goes beyond and above. I'm in love with this store and the staff.. thank you so much.
I give this Torrid 5 stars because of how clean the store is and helpful the associates are. They can't help that they are very limited on sizes. Everything I wanted I had to order online because they didn't have it. If you really want a specific item, call ahead and make sure they gave your size.
