Friendly, helpful service! One of the two sales ladies came right up as I entered, welcomed me, and asked if she could help. She assisted me with an even exchange for a pair of slacks bought online that didn't fit correctly.
I really like this store: spacious, good selection in all sizes. Jordan, recently helped me and she is delightful! While totally professional and knowledgable, she is also warm, friendly and open. The SONO Mall itself is beautiful...be sure to stop at Talbots. If you're lucky, Jordan will help you.
