Shopping in torrid clothing store for almost five years, so sad to see this store going out of business this covid-19 had messed up a lot of people . Customer service are excellent, they will show you what outfits will match the other outfits yourself got.

I always hate going to return clothes especially since there are so few Torrid's in NYC. Kendra made my experience very pleasant, she was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I had to return items from 3 separate orders and she helped me to the best of her ability.

I like what I saw in the window and that's how I ended up shopping in the store. Had some pretty patterns of Bra's and panties marked down. I found a matching bra and panty set. Along with other panties. There was a a nice deal going on. Buy 3 pairs of panties and get 2 free.

Torrid is a store for plus size women but they do have clothes for smaller girls like myself. A lot of my friends and family are bigger girls and often have to purchase their clothes online. So it was nice to see and go inside the store. They had a lot of new clothes for the summer.
