I’m not being dramatic when I say this, Chantel at this LB location is absolutely incredible. I came into the store super anxious about getting a bra because I haven’t bought one in like six years and she was so patient and kind about helping me. Not only did she make sure I got the right fit but then hyped also me up.
It was a shopping experience. The manager welcomed us as soon as we entered the store. I told her I had an event this weekend and I needed help with some outfits. So helpful! Then the sales associate Michelle jumped in and she was wonderful. 5 star customer service, she was great!
