I couldn't believe this place. They fitted my aunt for a bra, she felt uncomfortable about her weight and even being at the mall. Honestly, a racially diverse atmosphere was so refreshing to experience. The point is: *The clothing articles we liked were available in all sizes.
I really appreciate this store. The people are always nice and friendly. It does cater to the curvy women of all types from head to toe. I rarely buy the clothing only because it's not my style. Don't get me wrong there are some very cute outfits and dresses, but I go for bras, shoes, leggings, and long necklaces.
The torrid store in Natick, while on the smaller side, has great staff. Extremely helpful and friendly. My child needed jeans for work and found some great options. We would have purchased more if there were more sizing options available.
Really nice clothes for us thick ladies, but the customer service needs to be improved. We were basically on our own looking for clothes, we were offered only one recommendation for a holiday outfit. We got locked out of the fitting room several times, since the door locks behind you.
