I always get exceptional service. I exchanged some online items purchased for a smaller size in the store. They held 2 items for me after calling the store earlier in the day. Before heading out to the store, another order arrived at my home with the sweater being too big.
Always a treat to shop at Talbot's. Staff was friendly, helpful and practicing social distancing with extra cleaning.
Great classic clothing that is made to last. Washed clothing still looks new after 2 years. If you need basics, this is the place.
